Opportunities 

• Open Houses: For Josh, Ginger's listings we offer opportunities for agents to work open houses on days that properties are open for showing. This is a great opportunity to get leads. 
• Training for Sales Funnels/Marketing Campaign:  We offer training to strategize your own marketing campaign. Once you develop your plan, we offer  support as you execute the plan.  
• Optional Monthly Team Meeting:  We offer a monthly meeting where agents can share wins, discuss next steps for current projects, and collaborate on market conditions. Learn from other successful agents and be encouraged to keep moving towards your goals. 
• Optional One on One Coaching for goal setting and support: If you are looking for additional support, Josh and Ginger also offer one on one coaching phone calls or zoom meetings. This is an opportunity to problem solve and brainstorm ways to move forward in your real estate goals
